As avid bike riders, we were thrilled with the convenient location and bike-friendly amenities at this B&B. Gaële, our wonderful host, went out of her way to accommodate our bike storage needs. the proximity to bike paths and routes in Beaune made it easy for us to explore the beautiful surrounding regions of Burgundy.

The hostess, Gaële, was warm and generous, ensuring that I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was the best I've had in France, with a wide range of delicious items. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had double sinks and a nice shower. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Beaune.

Our room was facing the road and if somebody does not sleep deep, should think of ear plugs but you know it already! Good location, close to everything, big supermarket is a few minutes walk away, secured parking in the inner yard for free. Super friendly host was meeting us upon arrival and helped with the luggage. This used to be a family house, now rebuilt to a comfy stay for travellers. There are three rooms on the 2nd floor, our room was biggest and the bathroom was very spacious with two sinks. The host lives one floor down and is there to assist with any request. A nice roof terrace where you can chill with a glass of wine or have meals. Breakfast is delicious, the host bakes cakes herself and buys fresh bread and croissants in the morning. There is a fridge in the shared area and a living room. We have a feeling as if we were staying at relative's place! The host even listed her "insider tips" restaurant and bars. We dined at 2 of them and it was excellent. Close to the town center, it offers everything you may need. It's ample, cozy, spotless clean, and well-organized to suit your needs. The owner, Gaele, is ready to help whenever you may need. We are a family of four and 2 more friends come by for the New Year's Eve, we cooked, we ate, we stayed together in a wonderful apartment. Beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the 3 bathrooms as well, the kitchen is enough for four, but there's a living room with 2 big wonderful sofas plus another one that will provide all the comfort you may need for more people. You can park your car in the property and leave it there to visit the town. So, what else? Definitely recommend. An extremely comfortable bed! One of the best mattresses. The chambre d’hote was very clean and comfortable. It was just a short walk from the center of Beane. Parking was private, exclusive to the property, accessed with a secure code. Lovely breakfast on the balcony with a wide range of items including home-made cake. Our hostess was most welcoming and very helpful. The best thing about the property was the owner herself. She is a fantastic host and does a great job of getting guests to talk at breakfast or meet on the patio for a glass of wine before going out for dinner. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It was quiet. There is parking onsite. Breakfast was fantastic. There was nothing bad about the property.

La Dormance Bed & Breakfast was the perfect place to stay in Beaune. the host, Gaële, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area and recommendations for things to do and places to eat. the newly renovated home was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with the added bonus of air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts on the lovely terrace each morning. It was truly one of the best places we've stayed in France. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 👍.

Free WiFi - so slow I had time to knit a sweater while waiting for a page to load. Continental breakfast - what a treat, dry croissants and watery coffee. Parking on the street - a great way to play Russian roulette with your car.
